The spoken word piece is by the composer Dan Deacon (here's a pretty good song of his: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFlBJ1xZK10 but even then that doesn't quite give one an idea of his oeuvre). The accompanying video is by Liam Lynch (best known for 'My United States of Whatever'). This was premiered in one of Lynch's podcasts. They're both wonderful artists, check them out more if you haven't.
